Why this ministry:
The challenges men face today are real, hard, frustrating and daring. However, we are confident that they can be met successfully. Society put so much pressure on today’s men that they have tendency to throw the towel, to call a quit. The numbers of young men in jail, in the street, drop out from school, turn their back on their family, and ridiculed by our sisters are astronomical. Men incline to tend the leadership role entrusted to us by God to our mate. The purpose of this ministry is underlined below.
Mission Statement:
To train young men to be responsible, self-identify, respectful, purpose driving, mature Christian and good citizens. To challenge older men to be purpose driven, responsible husband and father, mature Christian.
Vision:
To reach out to men from an early age. To use younger successful and stable men as a challenge, and older respectful and wiser men as role model and teach by word, and example how to be a man following God’s own heart and society quest for.

At Hillside Women's Discipleship, we are a compassionate community of women who pray, learn, and serve together. Our mission is to empower women to passionately pursue their faith and make a positive impact on the world around them. We believe that every woman has a unique calling to minister to those in need, and we are here to support and equip you on that journey. Our goal is to develop and share biblically sound resources that can help women grow and be disciples at any stage of life. Whether you are a young adult, a mother, or a woman in leadership, we want to walk alongside you and provide the tools you need to connect more deeply with God and those around you. You are not alone in this journey, and we are here to help you every step of the way.

At Hillside's Mission Ministry, we believe it is essential to view the world through God's perspective, to witness firsthand what He is doing beyond our immediate surroundings, and to partner with global ministries and missionaries. By partnering with our missionaries, we are able to address both the physical and spiritual needs of those we serve in a sustainable way, long after our missions teams have returned home. Participating in our mission teams has been known to transform lives and hearts forever. Our ultimate goal is to bring the fragrance of heaven to those who have lost hope. Through our collaborative efforts, we witness the great commission unfolding before our very eyes. We are overjoyed when our efforts lead to encouragement and conversion to Christ.

Ushers Ministry

Ministry Overview
The Hillside Church of God Usher Ministry provides a personal interface between the
ushers and the worshipers by having ushers assigned to specific sections in the service; to provide another care group through the usher organization; to establish commitment in our usher assignments; to involve our ushers in a specific security role during the service.
Mission Statement
The primary purpose of the Hillside Church of God Usher Ministry is to serve and demonstrate God's commission to us, prayerfully promote an atmosphere where all those entering the church will feel welcomed, and meet the congregation needs during service,
and to keep distractions to a minimum.
Vision
The vision of the Hillside Church of God Usher Ministry is to work as a team collectively, creating a warm and welcoming environment for members and visitors of Hillside Church of God and by assisting other ministries, thereby supporting the overall mission and goals
of the Usher Board.
Goals
The goals of the Hillside Church of God Usher Ministry is to:
1. Expand the ministry by establishing an ongoing recruitment program to increase
membership and participation.
2. Implement a training program to increase and maintain every usher’s performance level and knowledge of all service positions.
3. Attend scheduled meetings and training sessions.
4. Each usher to work as a team player and strive to increase their individual level of commitment and dedication to the usher ministry.
5. Strive to serve in a way that is pleasing to God and helpful to the Kingdom.
