Men Ministry

Why this ministry:

The challenges men face today are real, hard, frustrating and daring.  However, we are confident that they can be met successfully. Society put so much pressure on today’s men that they have tendency to throw the towel, to call a quit. The numbers of young men in jail, in the street, drop out from school, turn their back on their family, and ridiculed by our sisters are astronomical. Men incline to tend the leadership role entrusted to us by God to our mate. The purpose of this ministry is underlined below.

Mission Statement:

To train young men to be responsible, self-identify, respectful, purpose driving, mature Christian and good citizens. To challenge older men to be purpose driven, responsible husband and father, mature Christian.

Vision:

To reach out to men from an early age.  To use younger successful and stable men as a challenge, and older respectful and wiser men as role model and teach by word, and example how to be a man following God’s own heart and society quest for.

Ladies Ministry

At Hillside Women's Discipleship, we are a compassionate community of women who pray, learn, and serve together. Our mission is to empower women to passionately pursue their faith and make a positive impact on the world around them. We believe that every woman has a unique calling to minister to those in need, and we are here to support and equip you on that journey. Our goal is to develop and share biblically sound resources that can help women grow and be disciples at any stage of life. Whether you are a young adult, a mother, or a woman in leadership, we want to walk alongside you and provide the tools you need to connect more deeply with God and those around you. You are not alone in this journey, and we are here to help you every step of the way.

At Hillside's Mission Ministry, we believe it is essential to view the world through God's perspective, to witness firsthand what He is doing beyond our immediate surroundings, and to partner with global ministries and missionaries. By partnering with our missionaries, we are able to address both the physical and spiritual needs of those we serve in a sustainable way, long after our missions teams have returned home.  Participating in our mission teams has been known to transform lives and hearts forever. Our ultimate goal is to bring the fragrance of heaven to those who have lost hope. Through our collaborative efforts, we witness the great commission unfolding before our very eyes. We are overjoyed when our efforts lead to encouragement and conversion to Christ.
