Pastor Emane Fleureme
Assistant Pastor & Church Administrator
Sister Fifi, also known as Pastor Emane Fleureme, hails from Nassau, Bahamas. Her family relocated to Miami, Florida in 1974 and her mother joined the 1st Haitian Church of God of Miami, led by the late Bishop Dr. Eugene Germain. During her upbringing, she received the unwavering gospel of faith, was baptized with the Holy Spirit, and served in a variety of ministries. She became an ordained minister with the Church of God in 2018 under the guidance and supervision of Dr. Serge Jerome.
Her personal mantra is "Saved by grace, serving with love, always grateful."

Bishop Francky and Catheline Ulysse
Assistant Pastor
Bishop Francky Ulysse is a respected member of the Church of God community, with a long-standing commitment to inspiring and motivating Christians to serve God with sincerity and devotion. His journey in ministry began at the age of 18 when he received a calling from the Spirit of God and dedicated himself to studying the word of God. In his early years, he served as a church youth leader in New York City before moving to Miami with his family in 1995 and joining the First Haitian Church of God.
Bishop Ulysse and his wife Catheline, served in various roles within the church, including as a member of the executive Pastoral Advisory Board, Youth for Christ Association Director, Marriage Encounter Director, Maintenance Committee Member, Security Committee Member, and Vacation Bible School Teacher. He also played a key role in pioneering several groups in the church and demonstrated his ability to lead and supervise.
Bishop Ulysse continued to pursue his Ministerial Education and graduated from Logos Bible Institute with a Diploma in Biblical Studies in 2004. He later served as Pastor of The Faith Evangelical Church of God in Miami Gardens for four years. Bishop Ulysse earned his Master’s Degree in Arts & Theology from Trinity International University and was later honored with a Doctorate of Divinity while serving as a board member at Smith Christian University. He obtained his bishop license with the Church of God Tennessee and joined a larger family of believers who are reaching out to the world with the Gospel of Jesus, empowered by the Holy Spirit to make a meaningful impact.
Bishop Ulysse is dependable reliable and perseveres in all of his duties. His consideration for others is an inclination of his character. He is always positive, always focused, and always ready to take the next step. He is serving at Hillside Church Miami First Haitian Church of God in men’s ministry, social media, and his wife Catheline serving as a worship leader and Ladies Ministry group leader of the church.
